The property has an area of about 20 hectares (49.92 acres), it surrounds Cal Llorenç’ stream and consists of cereal fields, vineyards and oak woods.
All the rustic spaces that comprise the house have been adjusted: paths, old buildings, agricultural buildings, etc., such as: stockyards, green gardens, ponds, stone beehives covered with juniper logs, coal bunkers, coal cellar, etc.., and they have been arranged forming leisure and rest spaces.
LA MASIA
In the old farmhouse “cal lorenç”, important renovation and rehabilitation works have been carried out, distributing it in four apartments, with independent access and exclusive exterior space for each one of them.
This identification, formerly used as a cover for agricultural tools, cereals and straw, was suitable to distribute in it four apartments, all facing south, with panoramic views of the high segarra.
Our commercial anagram picture wants to be the graphic expression of a stone press, which was a container on which the grape was trodden and the grape juice was transformed in wine. This traditional construction occupies the enclosure centre formed by the property buildings, the barn, the shed and the swimming-pool of Cal Llorenç, showing that in the past, the country house surroundings were vineyards that were formed in patches, which were staggered in front t of the plot.
